Technical Data Administrator

Your responsibilities:

- Identifying and selecting technical drawings to be sent, ensuring compliance with exclusion criteria,
- Downloading technical drawings from the current engineering portal and managing their availability,
- Uploading drawings to the Initial Sample Portal (Preliminary Sample Portal),
- Monitoring and following up on incomplete or pending drawings, especially when sampling requests are initiated, and engineering changes are not yet finalized,
- Collaborating with internal departments and external entities to ensure product quality,
- Leading quality-focused projects to drive continuous improvement.

We require:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or related area,
- Proficiency in English – mandatory due to involvement in an international projects,
- Higher /technical education, preferably with an engineering degree,
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings,
- Strong analytical skills for processes and technical issues,
- Any relevant experience in the automotive industry will be a strong asset,
- Experience in an international environment, including daily communication in English,
- Experience in project management is highly appreciated,
- Basic knowledge of truck or bus construction will be an additional advantage,
- Ability to work independently and with great attention to detail,
- Excellent communication skills.
