Suppliers Quality Specialist

Your responsibilities:

- Developing quality strategies for designated component families,
- Driving supplier quality improvements, including quality reviews and goal-setting activities,
- Managing escalation processes with suppliers to address critical issues,
- Implementing quality methods and optimizing costs within assigned projects,
- Performing quality assessments for purchasing departments, including technical offer validations,
- Analysing supplier maturity levels in accordance with VDA standards,
- Conducting first-release validations (PPF) for products and processes,
- Analysing processes for critical components to ensure compliance with standards,
- Monitoring component order deadlines and managing initial sample orders from suppliers,
- Collaborating with internal and external units, including Company plants, on product quality.

We require:

- Higher education, preferably technical or engineering degree,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably within the automotive industry,
- Proficiency in English or German, including participation in teleconferences and meetings,
- Knowledge of basic truck/bus construction is a plus,
- Ability to read technical drawings and standards,
- Strong process analysis and problem-solving skills,
- Experience in project management is an asset,
- Teamwork orientation and an analytical approach to tasks,
- Willingness to travel frequently to supplier locations.
